Verified Concept

The products are printed in arrays (10-80 units) up to 5 storeys high. The printer operator controls the process. Concrete is prepared and fed into the extruder, and the products are reinforced by two workers.
A house with an area of ​​100 m2 is printed by three people in 4 shifts.
The maximum output of a printer with a print field of 7×11.5 meters is 6 such houses per month. A twofold increase in printer productivity is achieved by extending the print field and organizing round-the-clock operation of the workshop.

Raw materials for production:
1. Crushed stone or gravel of fraction up to 8 mm,
2. Clean river sand,
3. Cement M500,
4. Composite fiberglass reinforcement
5. Plasticizer for concrete
6. Water
The concrete is prepared in a concrete mixer, fed into the extruder manually.
The array of products is removed from the field and packed on pallets 1 day after the end of printing.

Walls of residential buildings, agricultural, industrial buildings, warm warehouses. Fences, garages, outbuildings without heating.
 

Installation of products is carried out by three workers, using glue or mortar.

The walls are painted in any color after installation with a spray gun. Water-emulsion silicate facade paints are used.
